The attic conversion project with its 4 high-quality apartments on a well-preserved apartment building in Vienna was completed at the end of October 2019. This consists of three existing floors and 4 newly built top floor apartments with terraces in front, as well as French balconies and a gigantic view of the rooftops of Vienna.
The successful result can be seen in the heart of favorites. The new building forms the modern counterpart to the typical Viennese Wilhelminian style houses in the area in the classic architectural style.
